*Promotion runs between May 1, 2023, 12:00am PST and June 30, 2023, 11:59pm PT (“Promotion Period”). User must register learner for and learner must attend at least one session of an Outschool class section (“Qualifying Class”) during the Promotion Period to earn one of eight unique activity badges (“Activity Badge”).  For each unique Activity Badge earned, user will receive $5 USD credit to spend between July 5 and July 31, 2023. Qualifying Classes must be purchased with a credit card and/or gift card and can only count towards a single badge. Purchases made with charter funds, account credits, wallet funds, and/or promo/coupon codes are excluded from promotion. Cannot combine with any other offers. User is only eligible to earn each Activity Badge type once regardless of the number of Qualifying Classes completed by learners on the account. Maximum promotional credit that can be earned per family is $40 USD. Promotion credits will be auto-delivered to user wallet on or about July 5, 2023. Users must redeem promotion credits no later than July 31,2023, 11:59pm PT. All credits not redeemed prior to this date will be forfeited. Users located in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and Malaysia are excluded from this promotion. Subject to Outschool’s Terms of Service.

When is the summer smash challenge?
You can earn badges for the summer smash challenge from May 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023.
When will I receive my promotional credits?
Credits will be delivered to your Outschool account via a wallet on or around July 5, 2023.
How do I earn badges?
In order to earn your badge, you must purchase and attend an eligible class between May 1 and June 30.
What classes are eligible?
All classes on Outschool are eligible for the Summer Smash Challenge! 
Can ongoing classes count towards the promotion?
Yes! Your ongoing class will qualify for the promotion as long as you make a payment and attend a session between May 1 and June 30.
Can flexible classes count towards the promotion?
Yes! Your flexible schedule class will qualify for this promotion as long as you make your purchase between May 1 and June 30 and the class has started by June 30.
When do my promotional credits expire?
Credits expire July 31, 2023 at 11:59pm PT.
What do I do if my class is cancelled?
Families will only receive promotional credits for classes they attend. This means that cancelled classes are not eligible for the Summer Smash challenge. If your class is cancelled, please enroll in a different one in order to earn your badge.
How can I see the badge on my learner's profile?
Badges will be uploaded to your learner's profile on or around each Friday during the promotional period. They can see and set them while logged into their learner account.
What if I have multiple kids on my account?
All learners on your account will receive access to Summer Smash badges.
How do I know which badges I've earned?
Families who are participating will receive an update email on or around June 9th with a progress update on the badges (and promotional credit) they've earned.
Can I get a physical badge mailed to our home?
Summer Smash challenge badges are digital only!
