- Parents ready to participate in hands-on activities like posting or moderating community groups, engaging in feedback sessions, and speaking opportunities.
- Advocates aren't required to meet a minimum social media audience size.
Who is eligible?

👀 Every Outschool Insider must:
- Have a child that has taken an Outschool class in the last three months.
- Demonstrate alignment with Outschool’s core values and commitment to DEIB
- Follow our Community Standards and Privacy Policies
- Have at least one social media account
- Commit to never posting their Insider code to a couponing site

Every Outschool Insider must:

- How much will I earn?

You can choose to earn Outschool credit or cash. Every dollar of Outschool credit is worth $.50.
Earn Outschool credit or cash in two ways: By participating in challenges and by referring first-time buyers.
Each challenge is worth a varying amount of credit or cash depending on the complexity of the challenge (ex. simply commenting on a social media post versus creating a TikTok reel). Challenge pay starts at $5 Outschool credit.For social media challenges, the more followers you have, the more you'll earn.
The current commission for referring a first-time buyer is $40 Outschool credit or $20 cash. All amounts in United States Dollar.

- Absolutely! We offer tiered incentives for creators based on audience size. Contact us at insiders@outschool.com for more information.
- I am not active on social media. Is this program for me?
- Yes! We know that many people are selective in how they use social media. We will still have opportunities for you to participate in Insider activities like sharing out custom referral cards, engaging as an in-person brand ambassador, and more.
- Is everyone who applies accepted?

No, not everyone who applies to be an Outschool Insider is accepted. Reasons for not being admitted include not meeting the eligibility criteria listed above or the program being at capacity (space is limited).
- Are there requirements to remain in the program?

Yes. To remain in the program, you must continue to adhere to our eligibility criteria, participate in at least one challenge every two months, and refer at least one first-time buyer every two months. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program at any time.
- I’m not sure the Outschool Insider Program is for me, can I still earn something for referring people to Outschool?

Yes! Check out our give $20, get $20 program, which offers you $20 in Outschool credit any time someone takes their first class using your unique link or code. They'll also get $20 off their first class.
