What is OUTreach
OUTreach is Outschool's referral program for educators where educators earn cash rather than credit! This program allows Outschool educators to earn cash and rewards outside the classroom just by sharing their experience with Outschool with their friends, family, and anyone else interested in Outschool!
Any educator in good standing who has ever been approved to teach, is eligible and will assigned an OUTreach code. You do not need to be currently teaching.
Your mission is straightforward: spread your love of Outschool to as many people as possible. Each new buyer who signs up using your coupon code and completes a class within thirty days will earn you $20. You will also earn rewards when you hit certain benchmarks. Also, each user who signs up gets $20 to spend towards their first class.

Each new buyer who signs up using your coupon and completes their first class within thirty days will earn you $20 cash! But that’s not all! Each new buyer who signs up using your coupon code will get up to $20 to spend toward their first class. You will also earn rewards when you hit certain benchmarks.
Who is eligible?
⚡️ Ambassadors:
- Budding or expert creators and social media influencers passionate about finding their kids the best possible learning opportunities.
- Savvy social media users with a minimum of 1,000 followers on a social media platform with a public profile.
⭐️ Advocates:
- The Outschool-obsessed who share what they love about online learning with anyone who will listen!
- Parents ready to participate in hands-on activities like posting or moderating community groups, engaging in feedback sessions, and speaking opportunities. Advocates can meet a minimum social media audience size.
👀 Every Outschool Insider must:
- Have a child that has taken an Outschool class in the last three months.
- Demonstrate alignment with Outschool’s core values and commitment to DEIB
- Follow our Community Standards and Privacy Policies
- Have at least one social media account
- Commit to never posting their Insider code to a couponing site

To be eligible to receive an OUTreach code, you must:
✔️ Be at least 18 years old (or be the age of the majority if Participant resides outside of the United States);✔️ Be in good standing; and
✔️ Must not be participating in any other Outschool-sponsored referral program.
- How much will I earn?

For each new buyer who signs up using your coupon and completes their first class within thirty days will earn you $20 cash!
- I meet the criteria but have not been assigned an Outreach code?

We are still in the process of assigning Outreach codes to eligible. If you meet the eligibility and have yet to be assigned a code, please email outreach@outschool.com to request a code from our team.
- I currently don't have any active classes on the platform, will I be assigned an Outreach code?

Absolutely!
To be receive an Outreach code, educators must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or be the age of the majority if Participant resides outside of the United States);
- Have an Outschool teaching account in good standing, with no prior Outschool Trust & Safety incidents;
- Must not be participating in any other Outschool-sponsored referral program.
- If I don't use my code, will I lose it?

No, as long as you remain eligible, your OUTreach will remain active.
- Does my referral have to use my coupon code for my classes only?
- No! You don't even have to have a class on currently on Outschool to earn with OUTreach! Referrals can use your coupon code for any class on Outschool of their choosing.
