What is OUTreach

OUTreach is Outschool's referral program for educators where educators earn cash rather than credit! This program allows Outschool educators to earn cash and rewards outside the classroom just by sharing their experience with Outschool with their friends, family, and anyone else interested in Outschool!

Eligible educators will see their OUTreach referral link available at www.outschool.com/invite. Certain educators will also have OUTreach coupon codes that they can continue to share with new buyers. Educators do not need to be currently teaching to refer through OUTreach.

Your mission is straightforward: spread your love of Outschool to as many people as possible. Each new buyer who signs up using your referral link or coupon code and meets our OUTreach Program Terms and Conditions will earn you $50 USD. You will also earn rewards when you hit certain benchmarks. Each new user who signs up gets $20 USD credit to spend towards their first class.

Who is eligible?

Savvy social media users with a minimum of 1,000 followers on a social media platform with a public profile.

The Outschool-obsessed who share what they love about online learning with anyone who will listen!
Parents ready to participate in hands-on activities like posting or moderating community groups, engaging in feedback sessions, and speaking opportunities. Advocates can meet a minimum social media audience size.

👀 Every Outschool Insider must:

Have a child that has taken an Outschool class in the last three months.
Demonstrate alignment with Outschool’s core values and commitment to DEIB
Follow our Community Standards and Privacy Policies
Have at least one social media account
Commit to never posting their Insider code to a couponing site

How much will I earn?: For each new buyer who signs up using your referral link or coupon code and meets our OUTreach Program Terms and Conditions will earn you $50 USD cash!
Where can I find my OUTreach referral link?: Eligible educators will see their OUTreach referral link available in their educator dashboard and at www.outschool.com/invite.
I currently don't have any active classes on the platform, can I still participate in OUTreach?: Absolutely! To be eligible for participation in the OUTreach referral program educators must:

Be at least 18 years old (or be the age of the majority if Participant resides outside of the United States);

Have an Outschool teaching account in good standing, with no prior Outschool Trust & Safety incidents;

Must not be participating in any other Outschool-sponsored referral program.
If I don't use my referral link, will I lose it?: No, as long as you remain eligible, your referral link will remain active.
I have both a referral link and a referral code, which should I use?: You can use either your OUTreach referral link or OUTreach referral code to share Outschool, both of which will connect referred families to your account and earn you rewards. The referral link can be shared directly with parents, on social media, or via email, leading them to the Outschool site, while the promo code can be entered at checkout. Both options ensure you receive credit, but if you’d like to track which families sign up, we recommend using the referral link.
Does my referral have to use my referral link or code for my classes only?: No! You don't even have to have a class on currently on Outschool to earn with OUTreach! Referrals can use your referral link or coupon code for any class on Outschool of their choosing.
When will I receive my payout?: Payouts are made the month after your referral attends their first live class. So, if a family you referred signs up and their learner attends their first class this month, you’ll receive your cash bonus by the end of next month. Remember, the payout is only triggered once the learner actually attends their first live class.
Can I track my referrals?: Yes! You can track your referrals by visiting the referral page on Outschool. Just go to this link and click the "Check Referral Status" button. This will show you who has signed up using your link, so you can follow up and engage with families who might be on the fence. Only families who sign up with your referral link can be tracked. Referrals using an OUTreach promo code will not appear in the tracking system.
